Order Fulfillment Policy
Order Cut-Off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Orders placed before thistime will be processed and shipped on the same business day. If an order is placed after 8:00AM, it will beprocessed on the following business day.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before 8:00 AM (CDT) on the same day it is placed. If the order issubmitted after the cut-off time and has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is notguaranteed. To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected]
* We’ll try our best to cancel it, but once it’s processed, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
Operating & Shipping Days
We operate and ship orders from Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or on public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Furinno ships using FedEx Ground and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight service. The shipping method is determined based on the order size.
FedEx Orders (IN MOST CASE):
- Handling time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation and hand it to thecourier.
- Delivery time: 2–7 business days after FedEx picks up the order (within the 48 contiguous U.S. states)
- Please note that the estimated handling time + delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
LTL/ Specialized Carrier Services (Bulk Orders):
- Please allow 2–7 business days for us to confirm order details and arrange truck pickup.
- LTL delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability and scheduling delays.
* We reserve the right to determine whether to ship via FedEx or LTL,based on order size. For bulk quantities that can fill 1 pallet or more, we will ship using LTL.
* Delivery times are estimates and do not include handling time (1–2 business days)
* During peak seasons (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), holidays, or due to unexpected delays (e.g., weather, strikes),delivery/ transit times may be longer.
* LTL carriers may miss pickups or be delayed due to traffic or prior stop issues—these are not guaranteed services.The time window stated above is an estimated timeframe.For bulk orders, the process may take longer due to additional communication needed to confirm order details.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Furinno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked complete by the carrier.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package.
- Wait 24–48 hours in case it arrives late.
- Check with neighbors or nearby addresses in case it was misdelivered.
- Report the missing package to the carrier within 3 days.
- Contact us with your case number from the carrier, and we will do our best to assist.
- We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Package Refusal
We strongly advise against refusing your package. In the rare event that a refused package is returned to us,a refusal fee equal to 50% of your total invoice will be charged to help cover the shipping carrier’s return costs.

* We also reserve the right to make the final decision on all matters related to returns, exchanges, cancellations, and any disputes regarding our policies.
